1. Introduction Welcome to Senior Home Maintenance LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided Senior Home Maintenance LLC offers a range of home maintenance services, including but not limited to:

Routine maintenance checks Repair services Seasonal inspections Emergency response services. Specific services and their scope will be detailed in individual service agreements or work orders.

3. Scheduling and Appointments:

Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email. Confirmation will be provided upon successful booking. Rescheduling/Cancellations: Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. Access: Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment:

Estimates: All service estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon further inspection. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other approved methods. Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension.

5. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding the property and the requested services. Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property. Notify the Company of any hazardous conditions or materials on the premises. Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the services.

6. Warranty and Liability:

Workmanship Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on our workmanship. If issues arise related to the services provided within this period, we will address them at no additional cost. Limitations: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Liability: Senior Home Maintenance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy:

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Utah.

10. Amendments Senior Home Maintenance LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
